The Adamawa state chapter not the People’s Democratic Party, PDP has referred to the All Progressive Congress as a dead horse.
This was coming after the Adamawa APC said members who accept appointments from the People Democratic Party led government in the state will be expelled.
The Adamawa state governor, Ahmadu Fintiri made some new appointments which include members of the opposition parties especially the All Progressive Congress.
Reacting in a statement signed by its the party chairman, Barr Tahir Shehu said: “It becomes expedient to bring onboard people from other parties who are determined to move Adamawa State forward,”
“The APC in Adamawa State is a dead horse. Consequently, its members have seen the rising horizon and have decided to identify with the government that is focused and ready to move the state forward,” the party stated.
